Bookings

Bookings are finalized when you receive a booking confirmation email from us. At the time of booking you must ensure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive any email from us within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.

Payment

You agree to make a payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Book IT!" button on that page. This amount will be shown as either the total pre-paid amount of your stay, or as a deposit of the total amount of your stay (with the balance to be paid by you to the accommodation provider at check-out). A non-refundable booking fee will be charged by us for each booking as shown on the booking page.

Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise indicated. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider. For deposit bookings (i.e. which are not fully pre-paid) our booking confirmation email to you will constitute a valid booking voucher as evidence of your partial payment to the hotel. To guarantee your booking with the hotel for deposit bookings your credit card details will be securely communicated to the hotel reservation department for entry into your reservation profile. Should you fail to arrive or cancel within the cancellation period the hotel reserves the right to use this information to charge your card.

Changes to Bookings

If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our Customer Service Centre at cocogoa@gmail.com for contact details. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please note that:

  • Bookings at certain accommodation providers, or in certain time periods, or for certain room types cannot be canceled or changed
  • Some accommodation providers may permit cancellations or changes but this may involve that accommodation provider imposing a charge, and this information will be displayed (see cancellation policy) on the relevant property details page and the booking page, which you access prior to making a booking.
  • If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made. For deposit bookings the deposit is non-refundable.

Requirements upon Check-in

You will be required to provide to the accommodation provider your booking confirmation from us and a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges such as meals, drinks, laundry, etc. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, the accommodation provider may ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by the accommodation provider and may be provided to us and your credit card provider for verification purposes in the event of a disputed charge. For limited types of booking (e.g. where the credit card holder is not one of the nominated guests), to protect you and us against fraud we may send you a credit card authorization form by email after you place your booking. These bookings are conditional upon us receiving back the signed credit card authorization form.

Site Information

We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, as considerable information is accessed from our accommodation partners, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.

Liability

We act as authorised booking agent for the accommodation provider. Without affecting any of your statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded, we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our site or any products or services purchased on our site. We make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any product or service displayed on our site. We sell accommodation from inventory supplied by each accommodation provider and we do not over-sell that inventory (we cannot accept liability for unavailability of rooms caused by an accommodation provider over-selling its own inventory).

Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Administration Charge (only applicable to booking changes and cancellations) Three weeks prior 25% cancellation charges. Two weeks before check in 50% cancellation charges. Later than this no refund entitled.
